ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0573 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedures Committee meeting held on July 19, 2022. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 AGENDA 22-0595 An Ordinance Establishing the Aurora Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) Advisory Board Under Chapter 2, Article VI of the Code of Ordinances. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 HELD 22-0559 An Ordinance amending Sec. 2-16 of the Code of Ordinances and providing for the redistricting of the City . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be held. The motion carried. The motion carried. Chairperson Bugg adjourned the meeting at 2:49pm.
