ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0899 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedure Committee meeting held on November 1, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office; Deb Lang, Legal Department; Chris Minick, CFO A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0925 A Resolution authorizing the appointment of Luanne Lo Monte to the Human Relations Commission . Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0941 A Resolution approving the appointment of Brennan Roberts to the Planning and Zoning Commission . Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office; A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
