ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas Absent: 1 - Chairperson Edward Bugg APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-1064 Approval of the minutes for the Rules, Administration and Procedure Committee meeting held on December 20, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderman Llamas, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final January 3, 2023 Procedure 22-1069 An Ordinance amending Chapter 41.5 of the Code of Ordinances pertaining to Special Events. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 22-1070 A Resolution approving the appointment of Joseph Weber to the Aurora Airport Advisory Board. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 22-1071 A Resolution approving the re-appointment of Colette Rozanski, Dr. Adrian Talley, Dr. Jeff Craig, Patricia Rooney, Lynor Johnson, Dr. Mark Curtis-Chavez, Dr. Lisa Hichens, and Dr. Collette House to the Aurora Education Commission. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Vice Chair Ron Woerman adjourned the meeting at 3:26 PM.
