ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas APPROVAL OF MINUTES 23-0054 Approval of the minutes for the Rules, Administration and Procedure Committee meeting held on January 17, 2023. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Presented By: Jen Stallings, City Clerk A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Presented By: Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
