CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Bugg called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
23-0115 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedure
Committee meeting held on February 7, 2023 .
A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman,
that the minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

Sosa Bachmeier, Ryan Maley, and Ricky Rodgers, and the appointment
of Maureen McKane to the Human Relations Commission .
Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office - City of Aurora, presented and answered questions
regarding this item.
A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

23-0147 A Resolution approving the reappointments of Elana Newkirk and Sean
Williams to the city's Advisory Commission for Disabilities .
Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office - City of Aurora, presented and answered questions
regarding this item.
A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

23-0148 A Resolution authorizing the reappointment of Michael Walker, Kristin
Ludwig, Dan Miller and Justyn Arnold to the Aurora Preservation
Commission.

A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

23-0154 Update on proposed changes to Chapter 25, Article XII "Mobile Food
Unit Vendors".

regarding this item.
