CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Bugg called the meeting to order at 3:06 PM ROLL CALL Present: 3 - Alderman Edward Bugg, Chairperson Ron Woerman and Alderman Carl Franco Absent: 1 - Vice Chair Emmanuel Llamas APPROVAL OF MINUTES 23-0362 Approval of the minutes for the Rules, Administration and Procedure Committee meeting held on May 2, 2023 . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 23-0356 A Resolution approving the appointment of Denise Zartmann to the city's Advisory Commission for Disabilities . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. The motion carried. Chairperson Bugg adjourned the meting at 3:12 PM.
