ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Ron Woerman, Vice Chair Emmanuel Llamas, Alderman Edward Bugg, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderwoman Patty Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES 23-0765 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedure Committee meeting held on September 19, 2023 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
