ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Ron Woerman, Vice Chair Emmanuel Llamas, Alderman Edward Bugg, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderwoman Patty Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES 24-0092 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedure Committee meeting held on February 6, 2024 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 HELD 24-0060 A Resolution establishing the Ward 9 Scholarship Program process . Deb Lang, Legal Department; Alderwoman Juany Garza A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Vice Chair Llamas, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Woerman adjourned the meeting at 3:45 PM.
