Each nomination is subject to confirmation by the City Council, approval of appointment will be accomplished by one motion unless a council member requests to take up a nomination separately, in which event the nomination will be removed from the General Order of Business and considered at this point on the agenda. 10. Consideration of Resolution 2026-027 approving Relocation Orders for Plats of Right-of- Way to acquire Right-of-Way and Easements and Release existing utility rights for the Willowbrook Road and Colley Road projects in the City of Beloit (Christensen) Plan Commission recommendation for approval 6-0 Attachment 12.b. Consideration of Resolution 2026-034 Awarding Public Works Contract C25-22 Roosevelt Park Improvements (Frisbee) Attachment 12.c. The City Council may adjourn into closed session pursuant to §19.85(1)(e), Wis. Stats. for the purposes of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session; namely, to discuss the following; (a) an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Town of Beloit and the City of Beloit regarding cost sharing in Fire Department training, Battalion Chief Services, and Additional Ambulance Operations and (b) the potential purchase of land identified as parcel no. 6-19-363A on the 4000 block of E.
