Some members of the Council may be appearing by audio or video conferencing software. 1. CALL TO ORDER AND CONFIRMATION OF QUORUM 2. BUSINESS ITEM(S) 2.a. The City Council will convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c), to consider the employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e), for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: specifically, to negotiate an employment agreement with the preferred candidate for the City Manager position. 3.
