APPOINTMENTS The individuals named below have been nominated for a seat on a city board, committee or commission. Each nomination is subject to confirmation by the City Council, approval of appointment will be accomplished by one motion unless a council member requests to take up a nomination separately, in which event the nomination will be removed from the General Order of Business and considered at this point on the agenda. 9.a. The City Council may adjourn into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. section 19.85(1) (e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session; namely to discuss the property at 500 Willowbrook Road and 2300 Colley Road. The council will not reconvene into open session to take action on the matter(s) discussed in closed session. (Krueger) 13.
