The Commission may adjourn into Closed Session pursuant to §19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats. for the purpose of considering employment,
promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation of any public employee over whom the governmental body has jurisdiction or
exercises responsibility, more specifically, to discuss the following matters. The Commission will reconvene into Open Session for
possible action regarding the matters discussed in closed session.
