1. CALL TO ORDER AND AGENDA:
Mayor Weinberger called the meeting to order at 7:21pm.
MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Councilor Paul, to adopt the agenda as presented.
2. CONSENT AGENDA:
2.01 Motion to amend/adopt agenda taking the actions as indicated
MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Sharon Bushor to adopt the agenda taking the actions as indicated.
VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.
2.02 Communication: C/T Office, re: Notice City of Burlington Full Board of Abatement of Taxes:
MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Sharon Bushor, to waive the reading, accept the communication and
place it on file.
VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.
2.03 Request For Abatement Of Taxes: Marjorie Berger, 141 Cumberland Road, 027-4-118-055:
MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Sharon Bushor, to deny the request of $81.24 and adopt the findings and
reasons for this recommendation.
VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.

2.04 Request For Abatement Of Taxes: Ruthine & Lawrence Brunette, 86 Randy Lane, 025-2-098-000:
MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Sharon Bushor, to grant the abatement request in the amount of
$4,202.79 and adopt the findings and reasons for this recommendation.
VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.
2.05 Request For Abatement Of Taxes: David and Heatherly Allard, 25 Alexis Drive, 027-4-034-000:
MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Sharon Bushor, to grant the abatement request in the amount of
$9,963.13 and adopt the findings and reasons for this recommendation.
VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.
2.06 Request For Abatement Of Taxes: Gail Wilcox Holmes Revocable Trust, 051-1-020-019:
MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Sharon Bushor, to deny the abatement request of $117.64 and adopt the
findings and reasons for this recommendation.
VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.
2.07 Request For Abatement Of Taxes: City of Burlington Treasurer's Office, Multiple Locations, Multiple BPP Parcels:
MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Sharon Bushor, to grant the Treasurer's office abatement requests
totaling $100,783.61 and adopt the findings and reasons for this recommendation.
VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.

certain: 7:30 pm) or during a Public Hearing. This agenda is available in alternative formats upon request. Persons

Clerk/Treasurer's Office, are encouraged to contact us at 865-7000 (voice) or 865-7142 (TTY) at least 72 hours in
advance so that proper arrangements can be made. This meeting will air live on the night of the meeting on
Burlington Telecom, Channel 317. This meeting will also air on Channel 17 two days after the meeting starting at
8:00 pm, repeating at 1:00 am, 7:00 am and 1:00 pm the following day. For more information on access, call Lori
