1. CALL TO ORDER AND AGENDA:
Mayor Weinberger called the meeting to order at 8:22 PM.
MOTION by Councilor Paul, SECOND by Councilor Mason, to adopt the agenda.
VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.
2. CONSENT AGENDA:
2.01 Motion to adopt the consent agenda (as amended) and take the actions as indicated

request of tax for FY 21 and FY 22 in the amount of $164,926 and adopt the findings and reasons for this recommendation.
2.04 Request for Abatement of Taxes: William G. Forsyth, 934 North Avenue, 033-3-036-000 - grant the abatement request
of penalties and interest of $166.16 and adopt the findings and reasons for this recommendation.
2.05 Request for Abatement of Taxes: William G. Forsyth, 442 North Street, 418-420 North Street - grant the abatement
request of penalties and interest of $228.81 and adopt the findings and reasons for this recommendation.
2.06 Request for Abatement of Taxes: William G. Forsyth, 442 North Street, 045-1-113-000 - grant the abatement request
of penalties and interest of $150.64 and adopt the findings and reasons for this recommendation.
2.07 Request for Abatement of Taxes: Fortieth Burlington, LLC, 128 Lakeside Avenue, 053-2-010-000 - grant the abatement
request of penalties and interest of $15,922.48 and adopt the findings and reasons for this recommendation.
2.08 Darya Ross, 43 Charity Street, 025-2-110-000 - deny the abatement request of penalties of $75.00 and adopt the
findings and reason for the recommendation.
MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Councilor Paul, to adopt the consent agenda and take the actions as
indicated for items 2.01-2.08.
