CALL TO ORDER AND AGENDA Mayor Weinberger called the meeting to order at 8:19 PM. MOTION by City Council President Paul, SECOND by Councilor Traverse, to adopt the agenda. VOTING: unanimous; motion carries. 2. CONSENT AGENDA 2.01 Motion to adopt the consent agenda and take the actions as indicated 2.02 Communication: C/T Office, re: Notice of City of Burlington Full Board of Abatement of Taxes - waive the reading, accept the communication and place it on file. 2.03 Request for Abatement of Taxes: John & Lauren Bakewell, 227 South Cove Road, 059-1-030-000 - deny abatement request of penalties and interest in the amount of $1,046.31 and adopt the findings and reasons for this recommendation. MOTION by City Council President Paul, SECOND by Councilor Shannon, to adopt the consent agenda and take the actions as indicated for items 2.01-2.03. VOTING: unanimous; motion carries. 3.
