Approval of the Agenda The agenda for the meeting was unanimously approved. 1. Public Forum No members of the Public were present. 1. Consideration of Open Policy Questions 1. Consideration of late applications. Unanimous agreement to consider, but discount late applications. 1. Notification of applicants not agreed on to be put on Slate. Collect and present data on how long Incumbents have occupied their seat. 3. Clearly define boundaries of accepting late applications next year.
