Councilors Wright, Roof, and Knodell in attendance. Councilor Roof moved to approve the minutes from the May 11, Councilor Knodell seconded, motion carried. Brian Lowe arrived shortly after minutes were approved. Councilor Hartnett arrived approximately 4:15.
