BCA Board of Directors Special Meeting Minutes Tuesday, May 20 3 PM BCA Center, 135 Church Street Advisory Board of Directors Voting Members: Michelle Buswell, Kelly Butts-Spirito (absent), Livia DeMarchis, Billi Gosh, Hannah Lebel, Lisa Lillibridge (absent), Laura McDonough, Ryan Moritz (absent), Bryan Parmelee (absent), Kristina Pentek (absent), Robin Pierce, Lori Rowe (absent), Sarah Rogers, Parker Silver, Patrick Shank (absent), Deb Wilkinson Staff present: Elena Rosen 1. The meeting was called to order at 3:03 PM. Parker Silver moved to accept the agenda. Billi Gosh seconded the motion and all were in favor. 2. No public were present for the public forum. 3. Sarah Rogers moved to enter executive session at 3:06 PM to discuss Board applicants, Livia DeMarchis seconded the motion and all were in favor. The Board exited executive session at 3:10 PM. The board voted unanimously to accept the nominating committee’s recommendation of one candidate for the board: Carrie McCabe. 4. Robin Pierce made a motion to adjourn at 3:11 PM, Livia seconded and all were in favor.
