BCA Executive Committee Minutes September 10, 2025 Held via Zoom Executive Committee Members: Lori Rowe, Laura McDonough, Sarah Rogers Patrick Shank (absent), Billi Gosh (absent) Lisa Lillibridge (absent) BCA Staff present: Doreen Kraft, Approval of Agenda and Minutes Laura moved to accept the minutes of the last meeting Sarah seconded. Voted and approved unanimously. Public Forum No members of the public present. Agenda for Annual Meeting Members discussed and finalized agenda for the Annual Meeting. Board packet will go out to include: • Agenda • Minutes of last meeting • Application for board membership from candidate being voted on at the meeting. • Director’s report Format for meeting Discussion was held about the format of the Annual Meeting as well as timing of each item to assure meeting will be timely. Discussion of Advisory Board candidate • David Zacharius’ candidacy was discussed and approved for recommendation based on application, interview and reference checks. Adjournment • Motion to adjourn by Sarah and seconded by Laura. Meeting adjourned at 4pm.
