VOTING: unanimous [Councilor Knodell not present for vote]; motion carried. 2.0 PUBLIC FORUM There were no comments from the public. 3.0 FOR BCDC ACTION 3.01 Temporary Detour Easement MOTION by Councilor Bushor, SECOND by Council President Wright, to approve the resolution to grant a temporary easement for the construction of the Champlain Parkway project. DISCUSSION: • Councilor Bushor asked how much land is involved and for how long. DPW Engineer Molzon said the easement is temporary. The detour is expected for a month for construction. • Councilor Bushor asked if the state will return the site to the way it was. DPW Engineer Molzon said the state will return the site to the same or better condition. • Councilor Bushor asked if City Council and the people impacted by the detour have been involved. DPW Director Spencer said city councilors from Wards 3, 5, and 6 have been involved. Access to Lakeside Ave. is maintained. VOTING: unanimous [Councilor Knodell not present for vote]; motion carried. 4.0 ADJOURNMENT With no further business and without objection the meeting was adjourned at 5:09 PM.
