BURLINGTON HOUSING BOARD OF REVIEW Monday, August 18, 2025 6:30 p.m. ** REMOTE and IN PERSON** 645 Pine Street, Front Conference Room OR Remotely via Zoom https://zoom.us/u/adFhOhLpue Minutes Board Members present: Joshua Wronski, Olivia Taylor (remote), Lisa Gerlach (remote, only attended the first hearing). Staff present: Erik Ramakrishnan, Shay Brunvand Meeting called to order at 6:36 1. Stephanie Gould, Arden Degrenier-Clark, Grace McMichael, Madison Morris, (tenants); David Palmer (landlord) re: 366 Pearl Street, Burlington, VT Present were Stephanie Gould (remotely), Arden Degrenier-Clark (remotely), Grace McMichael (remotely), Madison Morris (remotely) and David Palmer (remotely). All parties were sworn in. Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. 2. Samuel Sacknowitz (tenant); Neil Gardner (landlord) re: 56 Hickock Place, Burlington, VT Present were Samuel Sacknowitz (remote), Olivia Coutrayer (remote), Neil Gardner, Ally Peeters, and Joe Ambo. Parties agreed to proceed with the hearing without a quorum. All parties were sworn in. Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed.
