Zach Overla and Jesse Roberts (tenants); Robert Couillard (landlord) re: 30 1/2 Sandra Circle, Burlington, VT Present were Robert Couillard, Zach Overla (remote) and Jesse Roberts (remote) Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. 2. 1.1. Luke Whitaker, Brian Bossard, Yash Punjabi (tenants); Chris Khamnei (landlord) re: 204 King Street, Apartment 5 Parties reached a settlement prior to the hearing; the hearing did not take place. The meeting was adjourned at 07:24 PM The Board deliberated in private.
