Eric Bissell (tenant); Ann Zhu (landlord) re: 308 Colchester Avenue, Burlington, VT 05401 Present were Eric Bissell, Lisa Bolduc-Bissell, Niklas Herceg, Toby Grant, and Ann Zhu (remote). Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. 2. Alegra Starks (tenant); Giovanna Yaranga (landlord) re: 273 Shelburne Road, Burlington, VT Present were Giovanna Yaranga (remote). Only one party attended, the hearing did not take place. 3. Jacqueline Marie Kelley, Sameh Naseem Soltana (tenants); Mitchel Richardson (landlord) re: 441 Shelburne Road, Unit 4, Burlington, VT 05401 Present were Jacqueline Marie Kelley (remote), Sameh Naseem Soltana (remote), Mohamed Ali Belhafnaoui (remote), and Tomas Mariano (remote) Only one party attended, the appellants presented their evidence and testimony, the hearing was closed.
