Jacqueline Marie Kelley, Sameh Naseem Soltana (tenants); Mitchel Richardson (landlord) re: 441 Shelburne Road, Unit 4, Burlington, VT 05401 Present were Mitchel Richardson, Jacqueline Marie Kelley (remote) and Sameh Naseem Soltana (remote). Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. 2. Jacob Noel (tenant); 375 North Ave, LLC (landlord) re: 351 North Ave #224, Burlington, VT 05401 Present was Jacob Noel (remote). Because only one party appeared, the hearing did not take place. 3. Review of Request for Stay for HRB-25-31 Present was William Ward (remote) and Kimberlee Sturtevant (remote). William Ward presented testimony and evidence. The hearing was closed. 4.
