BURLINGTON HOUSING BOARD OF REVIEW Monday, January 5, 2025 6:30 p.m. ** REMOTE and IN PERSON** 645 Pine Street, Front Conference Room OR Remotely via Zoom https://zoom.us/u/abrXiZfjKl Minutes Board Members present: Betsy McGavisk, Don Slish, Joshua Wronski (remote) Staff present: Shay Brunvand Meeting called to order at 06:34 PM 1. Jacob Noel (tenant); 375 North Ave, LLC (landlord) re: 351 North Ave #224, Burlington, VT Present were Karen Merrill and Cole Cross Appellant did not attend, the hearing did not take place. 2. Emily Barry and Bob Wagner (tenants); Margaret Severance (landlord) re: 380 South Winooski Ave #3 Present were Bob Wagner, Emily Barry (remote) and Margaret Severance (remote). Parties were sworn in. Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. The meeting was adjourned at 7:03 PM The Board deliberated in private.
