Jacob Speer and Kristin Heller (tenants): Nathaniel Keefe and Kevin White (landlord) re: 62 Intervale Ave, Apt. 1 Present were Jacob Speer, Stephanie Gilbert, and Morgan Loschiavo Parties were sworn in. Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. 2. Jacob Noel (tenant); 375 North Ave, LLC (landlord) re: 351 North Ave #224 Present were Jacob Noel, Karen Merrill, and Cole Cross Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 PM The Board deliberated in private.
