Ariel Berger (tenant); Champlain Housing Trust (landlord) re: 59 North Champlain Street Parties reached a settlement prior to the hearing. The hearing did not take place. 2. Kathleen Donahue (tenant): Bud Shriner (landlord) re: 37 North Prospect Street, Apt. 3 Present were Kathleen Donahue and Bud Shriner Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. The meeting was adjourned at 07:13 PM The Board deliberated in private.
