Melissa Hart (tenant): Doug Stone(landlord) re: 35 Hayward Street, Apartment C, Burlington VT 05401 Present were Melissa Hart (remote), Lynn Hart (remote), and Doug Stone Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. 2. Lindsay Hill (tenant): Dumont Realty LLC (Michael Dumont II) (landlord) re: 58 Lafountain Street, Burlington, VT 05401 Present were Lindsay Hill (remote) and Michael Dumont II Parties were sworn in. Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. The meeting was adjourned at 7:26 PM The Board deliberated in private.
