CALL TO ORDER AND AGENDA Mayor Weinberger called the meeting to order at 8:31 PM. MOTION by Councilor Bergman, SECOND by Councilor Shannon, to adopt the agenda. VOTING: unanimous; motion carries. 2. CONSENT AGENDA 2.01 Motion to adopt the consent agenda and take the actions as indicated 2.02 Communication: C/T Office, re: Notice of City of Burlington Full Board of Abatement of Taxes - waive the reading, accept the communication and place it on file. 2.03 Request for Abatement of Taxes: Luke Clavelle, 120-126 North Willard Street, 045-1-344-000 - grant abatement of penalties, interest and other in the amount of $453.29 and adopt the findings and reasons for this recommendation. 2.04 Request for Abatement of Taxes: William McGrath, 194 Cottage Grove, 027-3-047-000 - grant abatement of penalties, interest and other in the amount of $839.04 and adopt the findings and reasons for this recommendation. 2.05 Request for Abatement of Taxes: Spectrum Youth & Family Services, Inc., 84 Pine Street, Unit 2, 049-1-125-002 - grant the abatement of taxes in the amount of $16,888.13 and any and all penalties and interest and adopt the findings and reasons for this recommendation. MOTION by Councilor Bergman, SECOND by Councilor Barlow, to adopt the consent agenda and take the actions as indicated for items 2.01-2.05. VOTING: unanimous; motion carries. 3. ADJOURNMENT 3.01 Motion to adjourn The meeting adjourned without objection at 8:32 PM.
