Motion to adopt agenda: second by BS Introductions made of Committee and Staff members for committee. Petitioner sworn in. 1. Hearing Overview Subject 3.1 Hearing Petitioners in order of arrival. Petitioners Michael Keppler, 11 Tallwood Lane, PID# 033-1-056-000: Petitioner is delinquent on tax payments of $38,963.83 (includes warrant fees, penalties and interest charges. Late payment was for three fourths of what should have been b/c he had additional state fine he was not aware of. He should get $8,000 toward homestead. (C/T office shows only $4,739.44) Also, $1,028.66 from SSI per month. No bank resources, no mortgage on the home. Homestead was confirmed today. ER asked that if no abatement could Michael make payments on a payment plan. Answer was no he could not. 2.
