(Item No. F.1; BILL NO. 25-114) D. Consent Agenda The Consent Agenda is a meeting method to make City Council meetings more efficient and meaningful to the members of the audience. All matters listed within the Consent Agenda have been distributed to each member of the Cape Girardeau City Council for reading and study, are considered to be routine, and will be enacted by one motion of the council with no separate discussion. Staff recommends approval of the Consent Agenda. BILL NO. 25-111, an Ordinance amending Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, by changing the zoning of property located at 121 South Sprigg Street, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, from CBD and DCC to C-2. Second and Third Readings. D.3. BILL NO. 25-112, an Ordinance amending Chapter 25 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, regarding Number and Spacing of Driveways. Second and Third Readings. D.4. BILL NO. 25-113, an Ordinance authorizing the issuance of a Special Tax Bill for property located at 1202 South Ellis Street Rear for the demolition of a dangerous building. Second and Third Readings. D.5. A motion to accept the water and sanitary sewer main improvements to serve the HQ5 Multi Use Building located at 576 S. Mt. Auburn Road, in the City of Cape Girardeau.
