Please silence electronic devices before entering. City Council meetings are deliberative sessions by members of the governing body. Civility and decorum are expected and required at all times. The public may address the Council on a matter not covered by the printed Agenda during the Public Comments agenda item; comments and concerns should pertain only to matters relevant to City business. If you wish to address the Council about an item on the Agenda, please raise your hand at the time the Mayor invites audience comments on that item. Speakers may comment once per item for up to four minutes. No speaker may allocate minutes to another person or group.
