Approved – Myers, Eubanks (4-0) Last Meeting Follow-Up  Development and Building of Storage Building and Concrete around SE Hydrant o Trees have been removed. Next step will be to rent a stump grinder and grind the stumps. o Received two bids on foundation prep. Chad Hicks and Josh Hicks for roughly the same amount. Motion to approve the bid from Josh Hicks – Approved – Miller, Eubanks (4-0). o Discussion regarding the tight timeline due to the work being completed by the JALC Building Trades program. o Discussion regarding the need to approve individual expenses after having approved a blanket amount for the project to cover all of the expenses. New Business ■ Purchase of Equipment and Tools o $550 for Electric Bump Key / Lock Pick Set and Auto Lockout Kits – Approved – Myers, Eubanks (4-0) ■ Purchase of Station Furnishings o $300 for Station 2 Bedroom TV’s – Approved – Abbott, Myers (4-0) ■ Purchase of Duty Apparel ■ Purchase of Kitchen Furnishings ■ Purchase of Fitness Equipment  2 ■ Purchase of Miscellaneous Items o $1750 for 2025 Station 2 Trugreen yard treatments – Approved – Miller, Abbott (4-0) ■ Discussion regarding approving funds to restore the Department Training Fund to 100%. Only 4-5 people utilized the $250 reimbursement last year. The decision was made to keep current funding and add if need be. However, the $250 training reimbursement has been renewed for use with the current year.
