OLD BUSINESS A) Discuss / possible action regarding transfer of contributions to SERS by Brody Jeters. B) Discuss / possible action regarding request by Brian Tapley to calculate the cost to reinstate his pension Contributions to the Carbondale Police Pension Fund. C) 10. NEW BUSINESS A) Discuss upcoming reappointment for board member Paul Echols, term expires 5/13/2025. B) Discuss filing of Statement of Economic Interest with County Clerk by all board members. (Due May 1, 2025) C) Status of Illinois Finance Entity update due February 28, 2025. D) Discuss 2025 training opportunities and requirements. E) Discuss Social Security Fairness Act. Signed by President Biden on January 6, 2025. This would repeal the Windfall Elimination Provision and Government Pension Offset penalties. E) Review and possible action Attorney Dennis J.
