New business. a) Consider for approval, and authorize the CSB General Manager, or his designee, to effect the settlement of a claim for #6 Comstock Place. The Claimant/property owner, Jeff Carmichael, alleges damages to drywall, tile (including asbestos abatement) and carpet, as a result of a backup that occurred on or about November 6, 2025. WV Corp. reviewed the claim and supporting mitigation estimates and proposed a settlement amount of $11,802.66. IV. Executive Session matters. V. Personnel matters. VI.
