CHARLESTON COLISEUM & CONVENTION CENTER / MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BOARD MEETING MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING April 15, 2025 at 4pm Jordon Board Room Members Present: Tim Brady Carrie Fenwick Mary Beth Hoover Andrew Jordon Bernie Layne Belle Manjong Ben Mishoe Ronnie Murad Andy Richardson Chad Robinson Tessa White Others Present: Patrick Leahy Andrew Thompson Ms. Fenwick called the meeting to order. Mr. Robinson motioned going into executive session. Mr. Brady seconded the motion. Motion approved. The board came out of executive session, no actions were taken. Mr. Richardson motioned to accept the amendment to the OVG management agreement that was presented by Mr. Mishoe, including the discussed minor edits, and subject to final agreement with OVG, submit it to city council for approval. Mr. Robinson seconded the motion. Motion approved. Meeting adjourned.
