Mr. Jordon motioned to accept the minutes as distributed. Ms. Hoover seconded the motion. Motion approved. The minutes of the board meeting held on April 15 were distributed prior to the meeting. Ms. Hoover motioned to accept the minutes as distributed. Mr. Jordon seconded the motion. Motion approved. Mr. Nelson gave a financial report for March 2025. After a brief discussion Mr. Nelson motioned to accept and file the financial report as distributed. Mr. Brady seconded the motion. Motion approved. Mr. Leahy gave a venue activity report for March 2025. Meeting adjourned.
