CHARLESTON COLISEUM & CONVENTION CENTER / MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BOARD MEETING MINUTES August 26, 2025 at 4:00PM Jordon Board Room Members Present: Tim Brady Carrie Fenwick Mary Beth Hoover Andrew Jordon Ben Mishoe Ronnie Murad Andy Richardson Chad Robinson Tessa White Others Present: Patrick Leahy Andrew Thompson The minutes of the board meeting held on June 17, 2025, were distributed prior to the meeting. Mr. Richardson motioned to accept the minutes as distributed. Mr. Brady seconded the motion. Motion approved. Mr. Richardson gave a report on the Personnel Committee. He stated that the committee had met just prior to the meeting to discuss the 2024/25 qualitative metrics and that it was the recommendation of the committee to pass on items #2-6. Mr. Brady added that he gave a pass for item #1 which relates to the CVB relationship. Mr. Richardson motioned that the full board adopt the recommendation of the Personnel Committee. Mr. Robinson seconded the motion. Motion approved. Ms. Tinney gave a financial report for June and July 2025. After a brief discussion Mr. Richardson motioned to accept and file the financial report as distributed. Ms. White seconded the motion. Motion approved. Mr. Leahy presented his venue report for June and July 2025. Next meeting September 30. Meeting adjourned.
