CHARLESTON COLISEUM & CONVENTION CENTER / MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BOARD MEETING MINUTES February 24, 2026 at 4:00PM Parlor A Members Present: Bonnie Ball Tim Brady Carrie Fenwick Andrew Jordon Bernie Layne Belle Manjong Brad Marple Ben Mishoe Ronnie Murad Eric Nelson Andy Richardson Tessa White Others Present: Patrick Leahy Andrew Thompson Betty Tinney Mayor Amy Goodwin Matthew Sutton The minutes of the Board meeting held on December 9, 2025, were distributed prior to the meeting. Mr. Richardson motioned to accept the minutes as distributed. Mr. Murad seconded the motion. Motion approved. Ms. Fenwick welcomed new board member Bonnie Ball. Mr. Leahy informed the board that OVG has approved and accepted the Qualitative Metrics proposed by the Personnel Committee at the December meeting. Ms. Fenwick informed the board that the CCCC/MA Board Bylaws need to be reviewed and updated. She stated that she will call an Executive Committee meeting before the next board meeting to discuss it. Mr. Nelson presented the financial report for January 2026. Following a brief discussion, Ms. White motioned to accept and file the financial report as distributed. Mr. Brady seconded the motion. Motion approved. Mr. Leahy gave a venue report covering November and December 2025 and January 2026. The next meeting is scheduled for March 24, 2026. The meeting was adjourned.
