3372.521(B), Supplemental parking requirements, of the Columbus
City Codes for the property located at 35 & 37 WEST OAKLAND
AVENUE (43201), to develop a 25 19 space parking lot with reduced
development standards in the R-2F, Residential District. (Council

to Certain Date. The motion carried by the following vote:

Permitted uses; 3309.14, Height districts; and 3342.28, Minimum
number of parking spaces required, of the Columbus City Codes; for
the property located at 3349 EAST LIVINGSTON AVENUE (43227), to
permit multi-family residential development with increased building
height and a reduction in required parking spaces in the C-2,
Commercial District and to declare an emergency (Council Variance #
CV09-002).
A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Tavares, that this matter be
Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote:
