Troy Miller, Eileen Paley, and Andrew Ginther EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION ZONING: TYSON, CHR. CRAIG GINTHER MILLER PALEY TAVARES MENTEL 0940-2009 To rezone 1382 GRANDVIEW AVENUE (43212), being 0.81± acres located on the east side of Grandview Avenue, 125± feet north of West Third Avenue, From: C-4, Commercial and L-P-1, Limited Parking Districts, To: CPD, Commercial Planned Development District (Rezoning # Z09-012). A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Tavares, that this matter be Taken from the Table. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Michael Mentel Affirmative: 6- Priscilla Tyson, Charleta Tavares, Hearcel Craig, A.
