reading of the Journal and Approve. The motion carried by the following vote:

Manufacturing District and to declare an emergency. (Rezoning #
Z09-016)
A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Ginther, that this matter be
Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote:

1229-2009 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Section 3361.02, Permitted
uses, of the Columbus City Codes for the property located at 4940
GENDER ROAD (43110), to permit ground floor dwellings in the CPD,
Commercial Planned Development District and to declare an
emergency. (Council Variance #CV09-014).
A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Craig, that this matter be
Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote:
