CRAIG GINTHER MILLER PALEY TAVARES MENTEL 1236-2009 To rezone 1325 HARRISBURG PIKE (43223), being 0.37± acres located on the west side of Harrisburg Pike, 350± feet south of Eakin Road, From: C-4, Commercial District, To: CPD, Commercial Planned Development District and to declare an emergency (Rezoning # Z08-012). A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Tavares, that this matter be Amended to Emergency.
