Troy Miller, Eileen Paley, and Michael Mentel EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION ZONING: TYSON, CHR. CRAIG GINTHER MILLER PALEY TAVARES MENTEL 1401-2009 To rezone 1284 GEMINI PLACE (43240), being 5.99± acres located on the north side of Gemini Place, 1750± feet west of Lyra Drive, From: R, Rural District, To: L-C-4, Limited Commercial District (Rezoning # Z09-020). A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Tavares, that this matter be Amended as submitted to the Clerk. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Charleta Tavares, Andrew Ginther, Priscilla Tyson, Hearcel Craig, A. Troy Miller, Eileen Paley, and Michael Mentel A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Tavares, that this matter be Approved as Amended. (Council Variance #CV08-027). A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Tavares, that this matter be Taken from the Table.
