CRAIG KLEIN MILLS PALEY TYSON GINTHER 2728-2013 To rezone 6193 CLEVELAND AVENUE (43229), being 2.2± acres located on the west side of Cleveland Avenue, 150± feet north of Homeacre Drive, From: L-C-4, Limited CommercialDistrict, To: CPD, Commercial Planned Development District and to declare an emergency (Rezoning # Z13-042). A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Eileen Paley Affirmative: 6- A.
