CRAIG KLEIN MILLS PALEY TYSON GINTHER 0018-2014 To rezone 1580 JOYCE AVENUE (43219), being 0.49± acres located at the southeast corner of Joyce and Seventeenth Avenues, From: C-4, Commercial, and R-2, Residential District, To: L-C-4, Limited Commercial District (Rezoning # Z13-049). A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Tyson, to Waive the 2nd Reading. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- A.
