Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, and Andrew Ginther EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION ZONING: MILLER, CHR. CRAIG KLEIN MILLS PALEY TYSON GINTHER 0174-2014 To rezone 4014 BRIDGEWAY AVENUE (43219), being 9.23± acres located on the north side of Bridgeway Avenue, 1,000± feet east of Johnstown Road, From: R, Rural District, To: L-M, Limited Manufacturing District and to declare an emergency (Rezoning # Z13-065). A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Priscilla Tyson Affirmative: 6- A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, and Andrew Ginther A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Approved as Amended.
