CRAIG KLEIN MILLS PALEY TYSON GINTHER 1063-2014 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3367.01, M-2, Manufacturing uses; and 3312.49, Minimum numbers of parking spaces required, of the Columbus City Codes, for the property located at 1559 WESTBELT DRIVE (43228), to permit limited commercial uses not to exceed 13,000 square feet with a reduction in required parking in the M-2, Manufacturing District (Council Variance # CV14-014). A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- A. A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- A.
