IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ROLL CALL Present 7 - A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther READING AND DISPOSAL OF THE JOURNAL A motion was made by Craig, seconded by Tyson, to Dispense with the reading of the Journal and Approve. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION ZONING: MILLER, CHR. CRAIG KLEIN MILLS PALEY TYSON GINTHER 1063-2014 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3367.01, M-2, Manufacturing uses; and 3312.49, Minimum numbers of parking spaces required, of the Columbus City Codes, for the property located at 1559 WESTBELT DRIVE (43228), to permit limited commercial uses not to exceed 13,000 square feet with a reduction in required parking in the M-2, Manufacturing District (Council Variance # CV14-014). A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther 1172-2014 To rezone 14-24 EAST HUDSON STREET (43201), being 0.38± acres located at the northwest corner of East Hudson Street and East Avenue, From: CPD, Commercial Planned Development District, To: CPD, Commercial Planned Development District and to declare an emergency (Rezoning # Z14-009). A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- A. A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther 1214-2014 To rezone 1895 STELZER ROAD (43219), being 2.57± acres located on the west side of Stelzer Road, 700± feet south of Citygate Drive, From: R, Rural District, To: L-M, Limited Manufacturing and CPD, Commercial Planned Development Districts (Rezoning # Z13-061). A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- A.
