Troy Miller Present 6 - Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther READING AND DISPOSAL OF THE JOURNAL A motion was made by Craig, seconded by Tyson, to Dispense with the reading of the Journal and Approve. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- A. Troy Miller Affirmative: 6- Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION ZONING: MILLER, CHR. CRAIG KLEIN MILLS PALEY TYSON GINTHER 1178-2014 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.029, SR, Suburban Residential District; 3309.14, Height districts; and 3353.05(C)(2), C-2 District development limitations, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 3179 EAST LIVINGSTON AVENUE (43227), to permit a monopole telecommunication antenna and accessory equipment building in the SR, Suburban Residential District (Council Variance #CV14-011). A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- A. Troy Miller Affirmative: 6- Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther 1344-2014 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3367.01, M-2, Manufacturing uses; 3312.13(B), Driveway; 3312.49(C), Minimum numbers of parking spaces required; 3321.05(A),Vision clearance; City of Columbus Page 1 Zoning Committee Minutes - Final June 23, 2014 and 3367.15, M-2 Manufacturing district special provisions, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 1023 NORTH SIXTH STREET (43201), to permit a restaurant, production bakery, and accessory garden with reduced development standards in the M-2, Manufacturing District (Council Variance # CV14-022). A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- A. Troy Miller Affirmative: 6- Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther 1354-2014 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3356.03, C-4, Permitted Uses; 3309.14, Height District, 3312.49(C), Minimum number of parking spaces; 3321.05(B)(1), Vision clearance; and 3356.11, C-4 district setback lines, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 31 EAST HUBBARD AVENUE (43215), to permit a forty-two (42)-unit apartment building with reduced development standards in the C-4, Commercial District (CV14-005). A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- A.
