KLEIN HARDIN PAGE PALEY RYAN TYSON 2303-2015 To rezone 6315 EAST BROAD STREET (43230), being 1.9± acres located on the south side of East Broad Street, 645± east of McNaughten Road, From: L-C-2, Limited Commercial District, To: CPD, Commercial Planned Development District (Rezoning # Z15-032). A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Approved. A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Approved. A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Approved.
